Fraudulent emails & calls:
We advise our members to NOT take any calls from anyone requesting your information over the phone. To eliminate any fraud we encourage members to contact us about account related issues & information via our secure messaging through our mobile app & online banking.
To send a secure message:

Log in to your online banking dashboard

Find the tab on the left hand side and select "Secure Messaging"

Once you are there, on the top right of your screen, you will see a button that says "Compose Message."
In addition, please be advised that any email that you receive from WUHEFCU will always end with "@wuhefcu.org."
ACH Payments:
If you need to make payments on your loans, you can do so by filling out our ACH form via docusign. It will take your payments using the routing number and account number for any bank you use. Click this link to fill out the form and submit.
